2. How do I place my order?

A: Use our website and integrated shopping cart to place you order or you may call one of our Customer Service Represenatives at toll free number 818.937.9337.

3. How do I pay for my order?

A: LA Discount Furniture gives you the option of paying by either Cash, Debit, Pay-pal and all major credit cards including, Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover.
B: COD (Cash on Delivery) You pay nothing till your furniture is delivered and must be CASH ONLY!

4. What are the hours of your customer service?

5. Why is your furniture so inexpensive?

A: We established LA Discount Furniture with the goal of creating long standing relationships with out customers. For that we knew we would need to focus on what would bring about the best in customer satisfaction. By serving a dedicated location and using our website as our showroom we save on overhead and pass these savings on to our customers. We provide you the ease of shopping online with the lowest price available.

6. What kind of quality is your furniture?

A: Our furniture is made of Solid wood, Oak, Birch, Pine, Rubber wood, Veneer and pressed wood. You can inquire about a specific piece by contacting customer service with the item number of that product.

7. Do Bed Sets include mattresses as shown in the pictures?

A: Unless otherwise stated, our bed set pictures that show mattresses are for DISPLAY PURPOSES only and are not included.

8. How is your product packaged?

A: All of our furniture is in the box, and packaged in several layers to protect the items inside. Plastic sleeves, bubble wrap, foam sheets, Styrofoam, paper, and corrugated cardboard boxes as packing. All are designed to have no moving or shifting areas to minimize damage. Please Note: (ALL THE SIZE'S, DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS)

9. How soon can I have my furniture delivered?

A: We offer FREE DELIVERY, in Southern California. (Please read our DELIVERY POLICY for more information). Once your order is confirmed and processed, a time and delivery date will be scheduled. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to confirm all shipments.

10. Does Free Devilry come with set-up and assembly?

A: No, FREE DELIVERY includes unloading of your items and placing them in your home. This does not include assembly of any items but LA Discount Furniture will assemble your pieces for an additional fee.

11. Do you ship to other states?

12. How hard is it to assemble the furniture?

A: For some of our furniture, assembly is not needed. However a simple assembly may be required. All products include hardware and instructions for assembly. LA Discount Furniture will also provide assembly for an additional fee.

13. What is your Terms/warranty/exchange/refunds policy?

14. What if some of my items are damaged or missing parts?

15. For items that are displayed on the website, will the texture, color and the sizes of the product be the same as the one that I am getting?
